Why is my animation still looping in Construct 3? Why is a non looping animation still looping? Why is my Construct 3 animation with looping turned off, still looping. These are great questions. The answer is usually one of three thing in Construct 3. 1. Looping isn't actually turned off for the right animation. 2. Something else is starting the animation again. 3. (and this belongs to point 2) The block of instructions that play a non looped animation and being repeated. If 2 or 3 is your issue, even if you don't realize it, using the "trigger once" condition can fix your non-looped looping animation issues. I also cover how to fix this same issue with a boolean flag.
