Which are the best beaches in Malta beaches? Although Malta is an island, it may be quite different from what you would imagine. It is a pretty dry, limestone island with small beaches, most of which – rocky. 🏝 There are however a few stunning ones that stand out and compensate with soft sand, beautiful clear water and rich marine life. 🐠 My favorites were: Għajn Tuffieħa Bay (aka Riviera beach), Golden Bay, Paradise Bay and the Blue Lagoon on Comino island. Hands down - one of the top things you should do in Malta is check out the beaches, go snorkeling or scuba diving!
