CHI Poissy-St-Germain KEYWORDS: Grafts: Synthetic, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Prospective Study, Surgery, Questionnaire Pelvic organ prolapse is a frequent situation which leads in 19% of cases to surgical treatment [1]. Information about the risk of complications and recurrence is essential to help women and surgeons in choosing the best surgical procedure. This information comes from the surgeon's experience and clinical studies. However, clinical studies (or the surgeon's experience) may be limited in the number of patients observed, which does not allow rare events to be collected. The VIGI-MESH registry aims are to collect the surgical activity for the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse (POP) in several surgical centers and to monitor complications, surgical revisions and women perceived health [2]. Here we report the first medium-term results of our registry. Read the full abstract text here: https://www.ics.org/2020/abstract/63
