Start off with a full-body warmup, followed by three challenging training blocks. The first two blocks focus on arms, with moves like chest presses, rows, lat pull-downs and many more exercises that will target your biceps, triceps, and shoulders! Finish off the workout with a block that will burn out your core. Nicolette is a strength coach specializing in movement mechanics, posture correction and program design. Weights are recommended for this session but not required. Feel free to mix up your weights as you go to figure out what works best for you.
