This is the seventh in a series about building my own garden room / office space here in the UK where I put in the roof joists and the first layer of OSB deck for the warm roof The roof is going to be a warm roof construction - above the joists will be a layer of OSB, then insulation and then another layer of OSB before the EPDM roof membrane is applied. The weather did not play in our favour for this phase of the build which added a lot of unexpected time. I'm not a professional builder and I am doing this in my spare time alongside a full time job and a family. So it's going to take some time and some of the techniques and methods I might use might not be conventional, but I'm trying to do a good job all the same. I've done a lot of research on and offline - using multiple resources, books and advice from people I know. I hope you find watching my journey through this project helpful and gives you some ideas.
