Home Prices ( Condos ) The home I was living in, which was not that great, cost about 700k A condo was 170-200k but then you had to pay $700 in HOA fees Things were just so expensive, that it didn’t make sense to me Because: It would cost me decades of my life to pay something like that off 3. The Weather Being in New York, always felt like I was in a black-and-white movie I don’t like the cold and I don’t like snow Blazing hot 4. The Hustle Culture People are often more interested in things than people and living life People justify ignoring their families for jobs and money 5. Train Folks (I've seen fights ) 6. Lack of Trust ( with cops ) When a city is that big and there are so many people You just don’t really trust anyone and no one trusts you Cops don’t trust me, stores don’t trust me, people don’t trust and you may say that’s normal, but not in a small town It's different 7. The interchangeable relationship ( almost like people are your friends as long as you can exchange something for them ) Always thinking you’ll need to pay someone back 8. The Taxes 9. No Room to Grow ( literally, I mean acres ) 10.
