This business owner got a letter from the city claiming unsafe conditions for the front sidewalk. They are forcing her to get it taken care of within 2 weeks. She had seem some of my videos and reached out to see if I could help. She was not looking for any free work, but I gave it to her anyway. The sidewalks were overgrown and the lawn was overgrown as well. When I got to the back I uncovered a patio that had grass growing on top of it, but I got her property cleaned up for her and kept the city off her back.
