In the beginning of my journey, I was like most people starting out with small setups and fake decor in them. Not long after that I quickly learned about nature aquariums and the creator behind them Takashi Amano, who invented the planted aquarium. After admiring his works and reading everything I could about him, I quickly saw the world through Amanos eyes and loved the idea of bringing a piece of nature into our homes. Back in 2015 I decided I wanted to share my work with the world which led to me creating my YouTube Channel JJ Aquariums, which I still upload Weekly till this day. Through my YouTube I showed my journey through aquascaping as I got better and better with each setup I did. My goal is to bring nature aquarium's more into the US, and to open eyes to the real world of nature.
