I've been testing this lens out in the field for wildlife, birds, insects and flower photography. This isn't an in-depth review; I share my real world experiences in nature - along with my thoughts on whether it's a good photography lens for birders. This RF 100-400mm f/5.6-F/8 IS USM zoom lens is affordable, in the more budget range, so more suited for beginners. A wildlife and bird photography lens to consider. I tested this RF lens for a few days with my mirrorless Canon R6. Extra Information I forgot to mention in the lens review that the lens does not have a collar (or even a screw thread!).
