Turning 29 was a uniquely overwhelming experience as a woman approaching 30. Seeing people around my age building up their careers, getting married, having kids and seemingly "having it all together", I felt helplessly behind in life and became terrified of the idea of getting older as I reached 29. But as I sat down to reflect, share and explore a little, I slowly began to see the beauty in getting older. I felt quite vulnerable sharing this, but I thought I would document it to honour exactly how I felt, what I thought and what I learned at 29, because I will soon forget about all these feelings.
