Competitive Ranking: A+ Honestly, Bugs could've been better. He may be one of the most iconic characters of the Looney Tunes franchise, but that means nothing if he's the worst of the bunch in the Expansion. He does have a balanced stat pool at Legendary level with good handling and drifting capabilities, but what really hurts his performance is his final Boost stat at said level. He has a Level 2 Free boost bar and that limits his ability to keep up on speed tracks, let alone doing well on them. Bugs just can't keep it together on such tracks, so he needs half of the track to be technical in order for his value to mean anything. Bugs' speed stat is also not that great. He isn't as fast as the speed stat implies. This further proves he's bad on speed tracks. That, in conjunction with his bad boost stat means technical tracks all the way with him.
