I saw a large one of these cacti in the Netherlands, so mine pales in comparison, but it's cool nonetheless with its corkscrew type shape. Number 50 of "365 Days of Plants" is Cereus forbesii 'Spiralis' and definitely is a showstopper! I'll be going over where I'm growing this cactus in the home, what pest pressures I've had, and other basic care tips. You can check out more of these videos here and on my IGTV @homesteadbrooklyn. Featured plant: Cereus forbesii 'Spiralis' __ Homestead Brooklyn’s "Plant One On Me" is a series on indoor and outdoor gardening, houseplant home tours, greenhouse and botanic garden field trips, interviews, travelogues, and more.
