Add 4 dashes of chocolate bitters on top and serve with the remaining donut. *Milk-washed Donut OF · 120 ml (4 oz) Jameson Stout Edition · ¼ of a chocolate donut · 15 ml (0.5 oz) maple syrup · 10 dashes coffee bitters · 1 barspoon citric acid solution (6% acidity) · 20 ml (0.66 oz) milk Blend everything (except the milk) in a blender, then pour into the milk, so it starts to curdle. Leave it to sit for 5 minutes before straining through a coffee filter.
