Zaur Paizulaev is counting the days until he returns to competing in armwrestling. Zaur has uploaded some videos on his Instagram stories of him lifting weights at the gym. Here we see Zaur doing dumbbell hammer curls. Zaur previously commented on what the factors were for him to get injured. The first was that he overtrained and exhausted his ligaments. The second was that he took painkillers before training and did not listen to his body when he felt pain. And the third was that he didn't warm up before training. I am sure that Zaur will have taken note of how to do proper training to reduce the chance of injury to him. Here we see Zaur bench pressing lying at a certain angle on a guided machine. Obviously, early in his recovery, Zaur is lifting lighter weights and doing high reps to gradually build up damaged muscles. Here Zaur is doing armwrestling exercises to especially strengthen the fingers and wrist and have a better grip.
