Tomato appetizer Ingredients: Tomatoes - 700-800 grams Olive oil - 50 ml Vinegar - 25 ml Water - 30 ml Salt - 1 TSP Sugar - 3 TSP Yellow bell pepper (grated) - 250 grams Green chillies (chopped) - 1-2 cloves Cilantro (finely chopped) - 100 grams Method: Step 1 - To make the dressing - in bowl add olive oil (50ml), vinegar (25 ml), water (30 ml), salt (1 TSP), Sugar (3 TSP) and mix well Step 2 - Cut the tomatoes into quarters the size of orange slices, add the grated yellow bell pepper (250 gram), chopped green chillies (1-2 cloves), chopped cilantro (100 grams) and the dressing from step 1 Step 3 - Cover with cling film and refrigerate before serving
