Slingshot Stringer Demo

Standard shock chord stringers have two problems: they struggle to reach 120 fps and they skip over worn darts. My slingshot band stringer solves both of these problems without the need for any hardware aside from slingshot bands, rubber bands, nuts, and screws. No flatbar, no custom machined pieces, no extremely specific parts that can only be ordered from certain manufacturers. The goal is to make a simple, accessible blaster that is easy to build and service and can compete with superstock blasters. This is the foundation for several designs that are only feasible with this propulsion system. Stay tuned.
