This BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE HEELS CLASS, taught by Deejaye Miles & Tanya Crispin, will provide an opportunity for dancers to strengthen their heels technique through a full-body warm-up and stretch routine, across the floor exercises, and technique-focused drills.
