It was a Monday ... and it was a spur of the moment decision for me to travel by bike to La Brisa to watch the sunset.. Sunsets in Bali can be "hit and miss" as there can be heaps of cloud on the horizon and it ends up being a fail. Monday was perfect. I managed to get a table right at the front by the DJ and as I was so early ... with no minimum spend. There are a few seats where a minimum spend does not apply at La Brisa but you need to be early and generally they are small tables for just two people. Most of the seating at La Brisa .... or any other beachbar comes with a minimum spend. You have to spend a certain amount for the seat, beanbag or lounger. La Brisa is very reasonable and most seats are round 600,000 for two people with a free towel per person for the pool. In other words a couple have to spend at least INR 600,000 / AUD $60.00 total on food / drinks while there to occupy the seat or lounger. If you dont drink there are Mocktails .........and vegetarian offers. Easy. And it was the best sunset........ I am a solo traveller so come join me as I travel around Bali.
