A Kansas woman is suing Chaturbate and other adult sites after her 14-year-old son accessed the sites on an old laptop that was stowed away in a closet. In her lawsuit filed with the help of the National Center on Sexual Exploitation Law Center, it claims the sites should have instituted age-verification mechanisms to comply with recently passed Kansas law that mandates authentication for adult sites.
