Discover how Asia Infrastructure Solutions actively involved its employees at an early stage to co-create its new workplace. By conducting employee surveys and carefully considering their preferences, we selected a new office location that aligns with their needs and desires, providing areas for focus and collaborative work, as well as amenities such as massage chairs to enhance staff well-being and wellness. To further foster a sense of community, we organised an art competition where the families of our employees contributed their creative talents to our café wall, showcasing the vibrant spirit of our team.
