It's called Balancing Regions and it's an unusual puzzle because it's a chaos construction BUT it's not too difficult... Indeed it's just FUN to solve. Give it a try if you can! Each row, column, and 9-cell region must contain the digits 1–9 exactly once. Regions consist of 9 orthogonally connected cells. Cages within the same region must have the same total (without repeating digits within a cage). Digits within a cage must be all odd or all even. A cage cannot cross region borders. Each region must contain at least two cages. Cages marked with X and Y have different totals. A white dot separates consecutive digits. A black dot indicates one digit is double the other.
