Sion (German: Sitten) is a city in the canton of Valais in Switzerland. From Zurich you can take the train to Bern and Visp. Travel time is 2 hours and 30 minutes. The Population is about 35.000. 82 % of the people speak French as their first language. Sion is situated in a dry and suny area of Switzerland. Landmarks of the city are the two hills with the Valère Basilica and Tourbillon Castle. The Town hall (Hôtel de ville) is at 12 Rue du Grand Pont in the old town. Other sights you can see in the video are Notre dame du Glarier and Tour de Sorciers (Sorcerers‘ Tower).
