A tour of DUBAI / Created for the CITIES SKYLINES 2 RELEASE TRAILER

A few months before the release of Cities: Skylines 2 I was commissioned to build a city to be used in the release trailer and marketing for the game. So grateful to Paradox Interactive to be given such a fantastic opportunity. I was briefed to create a desert style city. Although there wasn't desert textures in the game at launch, I loosely based my city on Dubai as it had quite a few iconic areas I felt I could capture in a vanilla build. This video consists of a city tour along with talking about my experience and thoughts on the game. Intro footage and music taken from the Cities: Skylines 2 release trailer, all credit to Paradox Interactive for this. All footage I captured of my city is early access gameplay, as such the textures, graphics and performance may not quite reflect the final released version of the game.
