During the Ionian Revolt and the first Greco-Persian War (5th century BC), the complex relationship between Greeks and Persians reaches a breaking point. People on both sides are dragged into a conflict that threatens what they hold most dear: honour, family, and their way of life. This is a concept teaser which I want to use to pitch the show to producers. ❓Greco-Persian wars happened in the Iron Age, so why the name "Heroes of Bronze? - It alludes to Heroes "made of" Bronze, which is something ancient sources mention - that seen from afar, the ancient warriors looked like they were made of bronze (due to their armour, greaves and helmets). ❓Why does the Persian call it "Greece" when in fact, it was called "Hellas"? - I intentionally simplified some aspects of the teaser to make it more understandable for a general audience.
