Crafting this equipment is not for the faint of heart and takes enormous dedication and hard work. Speaking of enormous … each Virgin balloon is made up of 34,000 square feet of resistant material – that’s enough to cover 16 football pitches! Of which, all the fabric is cut by hand, printed digitally, and sewn together before heading on a thorough testing process.
