"Where is Here?" Adaptation - Student Film

This is an adaptation of the Joyce Carol Oates short story "Where is Here?" A family is met by a strange figure one afternoon, realizing soon into the visit that he is not what he seems. I am always looking to learning for professionals and improving through collaboration. Thanks and I hope you enjoy it. This is an IUPUI short film, shot on a BMD 4K cinema camera, shot at 2.5K. It was edited in Avid Media Composer 8 and Colour Correction was done in Davinci Resolve 12. This is actually my first project doing full scale colour correction, casting, and location scouting. While it has its rough edges, and was a crazy development cycle, I am happy with the production. Changes will be made to adjust a stray Power Window here, a touchy colour correction there, but otherwise this is the final product. I plan on using this project to inform later projects and definitely want to keep improving on my colour correction.
