Hey guys! Watch me as I make this Double Crust Peach Cobbler! This is the perfect dessert for the holiday season or for Sunday dinner. I hope you guys enjoy! Ingredients: Pie Crust: 5 cups of all-purpose flour 1/4 cup of granulated sugar 2 teaspoons of salt 1.5 cups (3 sticks of unsalted butter (cold)) 1 cup of shortening (cold) or use butter (1 baking stick of shortening) 1/2 cup of ice cold water 1/2 cup of vodka (cold) Pie Filling: 4 (15 oz) cans of peach slices in heavy syrup (drain liquid off 2 of the cans) 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1 tablespoon of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg Juice of 1 lemon 1/2 stick of butter 1 pinch of salt Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of crust.
