In this episode, I would like to show you the modern side of Cusco by going to a mega shopping mall and supermarket. It is difficult to imagine that Cusco has its super modern side which is so different from the tourist areas. The shopping mall is the same as other developed countries or even better. It has cinema, food count, brand name shops and a big supermarket. A full range of daily essential is not really accesible in downtown Cusco. You can get a bit here and there. Since I stayed there for 2 months and needed to replenish my clothes and beauty products, I found this supermarket which is similiar to a Walmart. I still couldn't get "everything" I want but it's good enough to make my life more comfortable. If you have traveled in Latin America, you might know that things that are common at home are not easy to find there.
