This episode explores: • The Qur’anic framework of justice • The Prophetic model of fairness beyond race and religion • The hadith: “Help your brother whether he is an oppressor or oppressed.” And how Islam defines true help as stopping oppression • And the remarkable historical incident where a Jewish citizen won a legal case against the Khalifa, Ali (RA) — in an Islamic court. We discuss the famous judgment involving Ali ibn Abi Talib (RA) and the Jewish man, where the judge Shurayh ibn al-Harith ruled in favor of the Jew due to lack of evidence — despite Ali (RA) being the ruler of the Muslim world at that time.
