The idiots guide (done by a real idiot) of how to swap the factory firmware for the midi-captain to the specialised alternative "pyswitch" firmware. This is designed to to extended functionality for the Kemper Player unit. Watch an idiot do the firmware install in real-time, complete with mistakes and hiccups along the way so if you are thinking of doing it yourself you can avoid a few pitfalls. Regarding the desire to send my own custom midi commands and some of the features i seek that i did not find, i am told it is possible with a bit of code editing which, at the time of making this video, i have yet to do.
