Healthy Ramadan Prep in just 1 hour - Imli Khajoor chutney- Energy booster chat masala and more

Khatti Meethi Imli Khajoor Chutney • Dates 1 cup, seeds removed, soaked in 1 cup hot water • Tamarind/Imli 1/2 cup, soaked in 1 cup hot water • Cumin seeds 1 tsp • Salt to taste • Red chili powder to taste • Coriander powder 1 tsp • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp Methods:- • Soak tamarind in hot water for 2-3 hours until soft. Then discard seeds and collect pulp. • deseed the dates and soak until soft. blend into smooth paste. • Add tamarind pulp and dates to a pan. Coarsely grind cumin seeds and add to it alongwith all other spices. • Add 1 cup of water to the pan. Mix and sinmer on low for 10-15 minutes. • Turn the flame off when cgutney is thick. • Alloelw cool and strain to get rid of cumin seeds. • Allow to come to room temperarure and store in an airtight jar for 1.month. Enjoy! Dahi bhallay Dal Maash 1/2 cup + daal moong chilkay wali 1/2 cup Green chili Ginger Salt Soda 1/2 tsp Energy Booster Chaat Masala Cumin seeds 2 tsp Sesame seeds 1 cup Chaat masala to tatse Salt to taste Hari chutney Fresh Mint Green chili Freah Coriander Cumin seeds Salt Chat masala
