These are some of my thoughts on what kinds of red flags tend to come up in relationships. Please bear in mind that you if you are triggered by mentions of abuse or manipulation within relationships, this may not be something you can be safe watching. The list is not exhaustive, and I'm not saying that all of the things on it are ALWAYS red flags, but I think it's fair to say that they are worth looking at, especially when they happen frequently or when multiple things on the list are presenting together.
