7/8ths" scale Hunslet "Lizzie" hauling timber on the Summerlands Light Railway

"Lizzie" is, of course, Brian Wilson's "Jack" design as serialised in Garden Rail Magazine last year. She ran beautifully this morning in about 10 degrees C (50F) and only light winds. The low sun gives some nice steam effects with the FX Control open on the small hole, though it does reduce the chuff a bit, especially on the long shots where the camera is up to 15 feet away from the loco. The slightly loose piston glands add some nice extra steam effects too. Needless to say, the Slo-mo makes the very slow driving possible and the superb whistle, made for me by Brian, adds to the fun (though I have quietened it a bit on the sound track)
