Vietnamese grilled pork chop with broken rice - Com tam suon nuong | Helen's Recipes

Ingredients (2 servings) 1½ cup rice 2 eggs Cucumber & tomato slices 2 pork chops 1 tbsp minced lemongrass 1 tbsp minced garlic (~3 cloves) 1 chopped spring onion 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 tbsp light soya sauce (Maggi's recommended) ½ tbsp dark soya sauce (optional) 1 tbsp sugar (or honey) ½ tsp pepper 2 tbsp vegetable oil **NOTE: The method shown in this video is NOT how real broken rice is produced. Because I couldn't find REAL broken rice (gạo tấm) overseas, I had to "fake" it that way.
