By listening to the International Evangelist's teachings, she found renewed hope and eventually overcame her family's financial crisis. Several months later, when news of Brother Eli's passing circulated in the media, she once again recalled the faith and doctrines of Christ that he preached. She offered her condolences and shared in the sorrow over the loss of a kind and honest preacher, connecting her once again with fellow believers.
