Every shot from my round at Alexander Park Golf Course, Ledbury, Herefordshire, on 1st May 2025. 👉 Many more every shot golf vlogs here    • 18 Hole, Every Shot Golf Round Vlogs   I was completely unaware of the course here at Alexander Park until someone commented on a previous video, suggesting I come and play it. Being less than an hours drive from my home, I was quite surprised that it has slipped under my radar so it was a course I was keen to check out. With a lovely spring morning forecast I booked my early tee time and headed out. The course itself is a gentle rolling parkland course situated just a few miles from Ledbury and less than 10 miles from Hereford. It has a traditional two loops of nine format, starting from the clubhouse complex which also boasts a driving range as well as a spa, gym, bistro and rooms to stay amongst the many facilities on the site. Following a sustained period of good weather the course was in great condition with the fairways firm and greens running well. The course opens with a gentle par 4 before upping the difficulty by the third, with the first of the holes involving water. A very challenging hole with tee shot positioning important before attempting an approach into a tricky green over the water that slopes away from you. There are several difficult par 4's here, especially the signature 10th that requires a long straight drive to give the chance of going for the green with water on 3 sides! The course is not flat but it's not that hilly which allows for good variation in the holes but not an exhausting walk. A well designed layout too with the holes flowing nicely and only short walks between them. I didn't encounter any members to speak to on my way round but did have a few chats in the car park afterwards and found everyone to be welcoming, also learning that there is a thriving membership here that obviously benefits from all the facilities available to them. Green fees were reasonable value too which all adds up to a very enjoyable experience here at Alexander Park.
