How a Legacy Home Program Can Secure Housing for Your Loved One with I/DD

Family members can transfer ownership of a home to a non-profit, ensuring lifelong management and maintenance, as a way to keep your loved one in your home after you’re gone, and potentially provide a much needed resource to your disability community by creating more housing opportunities.
