Wow, I hate this game's AI. It's not as bad as AoF, but still annoying as hell. King Leo (Shin Shishioh, if you're playing the JPN version) has a lot of dangerous moves. The biggest offenders are Earth Chopper, a downward sword swing that has a very big hitbox, and Thunder God Breath, a triple sword throw. His normals can also be pretty annoying to deal with too. He often starts a round by dashing towards you, so you can easily catch him with attacks that become active early, like Hayate's Hitenshouou Kyaku. After that the best bet is to switch planes often to avoid his attacks and get closer to him. When he tries to catch you on return to the main plane, his attacks often miss, which is the best moment to land something.
