Learn how to stabilize the REDCODE RAW footage from your RED DSMC3 camera, with gimbal-like results! The footage was shot on a RED Komodo-X using a Tokina 11-16mm ATX-i lens, and stabilized using Gyroflow 1.5.2 Gyroflow is a brilliant, and FREE, open-source software that stabilizes your footage using the gyroscopic data that is captured in-camera. This will net you the most accurate possible stabilization results, as well as giving you a plethora of options for precise control over the output image. There was no real consideration given to lighting, grading, or any advanced composition in this scene as the exercise was purely intended to test the stabilization results only.
