Running your own Media Server on Google Cloud

This Google Cloud platform tutorial is about setting up your own media centre, kind a like your own personal Netflix. This cloud tutorial is the same concept as what Netflix, Prime Video and others have done when setting up their online movie collection. This is perfect if you have multiple home videos, photos or movies that you've converted to a file. You can also use this if you have a music collection that you've converted to mp3 and you want to access them in one location. We'll use Google Cloud platform to create VM instance running Ubuntu operating system and we'll install an application called Emby. Once we are finished configuring Emby, I'll be showing you how to create another user so you can share your media center with your friends and family.
