A Romp on Old Rombald's Moor North Leeds Fell Runners proudly present Rombalds Romp. 13km / 8.1m with 370m / 1214ft ascent category BM fell race. This is a Fell Race suitable for beginner fell runners. The route is multi-terrain over rough rocky tracks, heathery paths and approximately one mile of road up the back of the moor. The forest section is interesting and adds nice variety but take care as there are, not unnaturally, tree roots which are often slippery when wet.
