Machining a toolholder - DMG DMU 50 Ecoline

I will upload a shorter and edited version soon. This a job we develop in our workshop,in the video you can see the main machining operation of a toolholder used in a Farmer Norton Barpeeler. It is made of F127 steel, we use a DMG DMU 50 Ecoline 3+2 axis machining center, equiped with tool setter, touch probe and a rotary/swivel table. In this program we need 10 tools, including end mills, drills and tapping drills and various orientations of the table. We also repair (welding + machining) used toolholders. -------------- En el video se puede ver el mecanizado de un portaherramientas para una peladora de barras Farmer Norton, Esta fabricado en acero F127, y usamos un centro de mecanizado DMG DMU 50 Ecoline, que dispone de medidor de herramientas, palpador electronico y una mesa rotativa y basculante. Para esta operacion usamos 10 herramientas distintas, incluyendo fresar, plato de plaquitas, brocas y machos de roscar. En nuestro taller tambien reparamos portaherramientas usados, recargandoles con soldadura y mecanizandolos. Espero subir en breve una version mas corta y editada.
