Your Sunday routine is the key to having a good and productive week ahead. Here’s how I typically spend my Sundays. Hey Loves! A Sunday spent at home, resetting, unwinding and getting prepped for a new week is truly my favourite day of the week. The key to a productive and good week? A well-spent Sunday ! In this video I showed you guys what I typically do on a Sunday, if I’m not working of course. I like to sleep in on Sundays because that’s the only day I get to do so, I don’t set an alarm, I let my body get as much sleep as it needs and allow myself to wake up when I’m ready. A healthy breakfast on a Sunday morning is crucial as it sets the pace and standard for the rest of the week. Because I don’t need to go anywhere on Sundays, I also like to just spent the whole morning in bed, watching sermons, thinking and just letting my brain process things in peace. I typically get out of bed before noon, clean, do my laundry and then do my skin care and grooming which typically consists of shaving, washing my hair, exfoliating and all the other wonderful things girls like to do when they have time :) Next, it’s time to plan my week - I plan my schedule, my studies, any deadlines I might have, as well as business and content goals for that week. Then it’s time to start working. I start on my weekly to do list and work till early evening, after which I really just chill and have an early night so I can wake up bright and early on Monday.
