https://www.machinerytrader.com/listi... Here is an excellent running 93 HP Diesel Cat D7. This had a complete rebuild on the engine, undercarriage and more just 286 hours ago. This is one of more than several pipelayer Caterpillar D7's that Caterpillar had completely rebuilt by their dealers in recent years. Undercarriage is or was 100% including pads and is now at least 98-100%. Pins have no wear whatsoever. The engine starts and runs excellent perfect and will start in any temperature. The Cat Diesel motor is 24 volt electric start. Don't let the looks deceive you this is an excellent dozer and it's job site ready not just for occasional use on the farm or something. The hood is off another D7. The operator who inspected and drove this dozer has been operating dozers and heavy equipment for almost 30 years and currently owns several late model Cat machines over $100,000 including a new 2021 D5. It comes with the root rake shown and the cable blade can be installed on again too before shipping if buyer prefers. But when you install the blade it will be overwidth for shipping so we are leaving it off the dozer now till the buyer determines what they prefer. This was originally a pipelayer cable dozer and it has a cable blade now. It has never pushed dirt or had a blade on it for its entire life till now. And it does have oil clutches too. We can do a video for you if you are out of state or having this delivered. This Caterpillar D7 (3T series) is 1948 Serial # 3T 9748. The D7 3T was a 74” Gauge with weight approx. 17 Ton so about 34,000 lbs.. Background: “The trusty and famous Caterpillar D8800 engine provided 93 HP at the flywheel. One of the new features Caterpillar had introduced with the D7 was a forward/reverse lever into the transmission meaning the operator didn’t have to repeatedly shift gears all the time when changing direction. Other improvements added along the way was Caterpillar’s famous oil clutch and a two-position front idler which better set the machine up for trailed or pushed attachments. D7 3T’s can still be found doing a lot of work to this day.” Delivery available for about $3-$8/mile one-way depending on distance from ne FL. Est. Weight: 34,000 lbs.. We will consider trades of trac tors, construction equipment, doz ers, ski d load ers, A T Vs, U T Vs and pre-1979 cars and trucks (parked in a barn). Financing may be available with business and farm rates 4% to 7% in general.
