Alright, here is my full day of eating that I used to gain 30 pounds in 1 year. Starting off the day strong with oatmeal, composed of 100g of oats, 1 cup of oat milk, 1 banana, and 1 scoop of myprotein’s chocolate brownie protein powder. Let that digest for a couple hours, while immersing in the Mighty Roman Empire and its teachings, and then I am off to the gym to put my knowledge to the test and conquer the battlefield of iron. Then I do what any sane holy roman soldier does, I drink not one but 2 scoops of myprotein’s pumpkin spice protein powder mixed with 8 grams of creatine, that I bought with code “MAXE” for 45% off until this Sunday. And then it is back to the barracks where I make meal number 2, 170g of greek yogurt, 140g of blueberries, 60g of nuts, and 2, count em 2, kiwis. Not long after that it is time for meal 3, 6 ounces of 90/10 lean ground beef mixed with 1 serving of both cheese and mustard, 6 ounces of brown rice mixed with just cheese, and 2 gala apples cut into thin individual slices because that is how I like to eat them. Then after some more research into our devine history, it is time again to fuel my body for battle, this time with 8 oz of oven baked salmon, 200 grams of potatoes, 150 grams of broccoli, and 17 grams of the blood of all of our fallen comrades, or as some call it, ketchup. At long last, battle finally begins as we eagerly approach meal number 5, where I attempt to consume not 1, not 10, not 20, but 4 servings of peanut butter in under 30 seconds with the help of only my sacred sword, and another pumpkin spice protein shake. Once victory is established and the battle is won, I can now finally rest with a perfectly ripe banana, and 200 grams of pumpkin bread, bringing our total daily intake to just under 4400 units of that beautiful caloric energy.
