How to use 'Recovery Mode' on the Nintendo Switch to FIX Faults

Hi, this video shows you how to enable recovery mode on the Nintendo Switch to reset the Switch but still keep user information, game saves and screenshots. By resetting the Switch it can often fix faults as it puts it back to factory settings apart from the game saves etc. It will also keep the most recent update applied to the Nintendo Switch so you can't send it back to the original software version 1.0. You will need to redownload digital games from the Nintendo eShop but your game saves will still be kept for both physical and digital games. If you are 30% of the way through Zelda BOTW then you will still be 30% of the way through the game after recovery mode. Many thanks Vince.
