How measuring the innovation index of a nation through the health of their population is a new perspective offered to us by Jean de Kervasdoue. Jean de Kervasdoué is professor of health economics and management (Conservatoire national des arts et métiers -- CNAM) and the dean of the "Ecole Pasteur/CNAM de santé publique" in Paris. A member of the French "Académie des technologies" (French Academy of Technology), he studied in France as well in the United States where he earned a Ph.D. and MBA at Cornell University. About TEDx. TEDx was created in the spirit of TED's mission, "ideas worth spreading." The program is designed to give communities, organizations and individuals the opportunity to stimulate dialogue through TED-like experiences at the local level.
