BETTER than BLOODIED? how the BERSERKER'S BUILD could be META in Fallout 76

The berserker's character build is not the strongest in Fallout 76, but it is the closest to being viable with just a few tweaks and changes. In this video I'm going to be going over why berserker's needs a buff, and suggesting just what I think those buffs should be, and proposing a few reworks to other legendary effects, such as Weightless armor, to synergize with the berserker's build! These changes could make berserker's a strong, viable option as an endgame build, and challenge the bloodied build for what is meta in the game. This really puts the theory into theory-crafting.
