Guest Bio: Janefrances Christopher, also known as LadyF, is a product designer, researcher, and founder who helps UI/UX designers build careers that actually last. She has an interesting background with two BSc degrees in biochemistry and biomedical science, which gives her a different way of thinking about design problems. In 2023, Janefrances founded Mentorix Mentorship, where she takes a different approach to teaching designers. She focuses on how to get real results for companies and how to land jobs without applying online. Her method has been proven as many of her mentees have gotten jobs by using her techniques. She has mentored over 100 designers and currently guides thousands of designers through her programs. Janefrances is also the founder of GYBBA (gybba.com), an AI tool that makes outreach easier. She currently works as UI/UX Design Lead at STAI, while building Mentorix. Her experience includes 13 years in research, 4+ years in design, and 2+ years in writing covering everything from writing research papers to user research.
