This is a sequel to an older video called "Five Insane Demons I beat in 2020". First of all apologies for the pretty bad framerates on some of these, I cant seem to get ShadowPlay to record at a consistent framerate for some reason. Anyway after 2.2 dropped my interest in actually playing the game has been at an all time high. Did mainly some stat grinding at first but have gotten more into beating harder levels just for fun. None of these are new hardests btw, that title still belongs to Deception Dive. I had pre-practice on most of these levels from going for them in the past but Make It Drop and Forbidden Isle I had never touched before. I have no plans on beating a new hardest at least for now. I'm just vibing with having the skill to be able to complete levels of this difficulty for now. Also beat ICDX but since people cant decide whether it should be considered an extreme or not I decided to replace it with Daydream. 0:00 Raindance The main reason for why I went for this level in the first place was the ending. It looked comically hard so I wanted to give it a shot and actually did some pretty good progress quite quickly. Never ended up beating it though until 2.2 dropped. I'm not sure if it's placebo or what but after the update the game has just felt better to play. Beat it in less than an hours after re-practicing. Attempts: 2259 Worst fail: 98% ID: 57019271 1:38 Make It Drop I'm a huge fan of click sync gameplay. That being said you'd think that I'd enjoy something like New Record but that level just does not function half the time. Unlike this level which is EXTREMELY consistent. There are a few questionable parts towards the end and the beginning but overall a really fun level. Also fluked it from 14% so that's pretty cool lol. Attempts: 1480 Worst fail: 14% ID: 75518661 4:01 Forbidden Isle Not much to say about this level. Sillow has some of the easiest extremes in the game and this was no exception. It's by no means unbalanced but the beginning is significantly harder than the drop. Somewhat fluked the ending only needing to get to the drop like three or four times in total. Overall I recommend it if you're comfortable with timings. Attempts: 831 Worst fail: 68% ID: 63775846 5:22 NecropoliX Original Necropolis is one of my all time favorite insane demons. Almost every input in it still feels so satisfying to pull off. So naturally I'd go for the slightly harder sequel. This level absolutely kicked my ass back when I first attempted it around 2020. But coming back to it after warming up to slightly harder levels it's honestly not that bad. Every ball part is mostly downgraded to just one timing and then spam, which is fine by me. The last cube is by far the hardest part of the level but thankfully I didn't die there too many times in normal mode. Overall another solid level if you're into timing gameplay. Attempts: 2794 Worst fail: 83% ID: 36449129 7:07 Incipient Not a huge fan of Jenkins' levels but this one is pretty alright. The song is definitely one of the highlights as it's one of my favorites from Dex Arson. I found the buildup in the middle of the level to be extremely awkward and inconsistent especially the ball dual just before the drop. Eventually I found a semi-working click pattern for it though. Everything before the buildup is really fun to play and the drop is for the most part pretty easy. Few chokepoints here and there but overall a pretty solid level. Attempts: 1293 Worst fail: 95% ID: 32688321 9:03 Daydream The song is a big reason for why I started practicing this level back in the day. The difficulty is very chokepoint carried. Some of them worth mentioning are the first mini wave, the dash orb in the ufo after the dual wave at the beginning of the drop, the ball click to the blue pad at the second part of the drop and the random Acheron type straight fly towards the end. To this levels benefit it's only barely a minute long so it's pretty manageable. I had a bunch of nerve deaths towards the end but most embarrassingly I started celebrating too early and forgot about the last input. Spent another two to three hours the next day before actually beating it. If you do decide to go for this be prepared to die to few specific parts over and over while acing the rest.
